Required Ingredients...
🍀 1 1/2 cup of boiled well mung bean.
🍀 1 1/2 cup of coconut milk.
🍀 Curry leaves.
🍀 Two pieces of pandan.
🍀 2 cloves garlic finely chopped.
🍀 A few chopped green chillies.
🍀 Onion, finely chopped.
🍀 About 2 cinnamon sticks.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder.
🍀 1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
🍀 Salt as needed.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of Fenugreek.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon crushed chili powder.
🍀 2 tablespoon of coconut oil.
Method of making....
1 Step.
First, take a pan and place it on the stove. Add about two tablespoons of coconut oil to the pan. Once the oil is hot, add the following .

Chopped garlic
Sliced onions
Curry leaves
Pandan leaves (rampe)
Mix the ingredients well and let them sauté for a while until slightly golden and fragrant.

Then, add the cooked mung beans to the mixture. Stir well to ensure the mung beans are evenly coated with the flavorful curry base. Let it cook for about 3 minutes on medium heat. Once done, remove the pan from the heat.
