How are you, Hive guys? As usual, today I wish my dear friends a good morning. Today, I have another new dish to share with you - how to make "cauliflower Devilled" . This dish is not only deliciously spicy but also packed with nutrients. It contains essential vitamins like B and fiber, which aid in food digestion. Moreover, it is known to have potential health benefits, including its role in fighting cancer cells.
Cauliflower can be prepared in various ways, but today, I chose to make it fried Devilled because my child enjoys it that way. So, let's dive into the recipe and see how to make this delightful and nutritious cauliflower fry.

🌿 250g of cauliflower.
🌿 About 3 fish chili pods.
🌿 2 Tablespoons of Corn flour .
🌿 A chopped tomato.
🌿 A chopped onion.
🌿 Curry leaves.
🌿 2 pods of chopped green chillies.
🌿 A few sticks of cinnamon.
🌿 A little chopped garlic.
🌿 A little chopped ginger.
🌿 1 teaspoons of crushed chili powder.
🌿 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
🌿 Salt to taste.
🌿 1 teaspoons of pepper powder.
🌿 1teaspoons of chilli powder.
🌿 Tomato sauce.
🌿 soya sauce.
🌿 Coconut oil or vegetable oil 300 ml.

1 step.

First, cut the cauliflower into small pieces, wash them well with salt water and put them in a cup. Then add 2 tablespoons of corn flour to it. Add chili powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, and salt to it.

Then, mix all the ingredients thoroughly until the cauliflower pieces are well coated with the spices and corn flour.

Then, take a pan, put oil in it, and let it heat on a low flame. Once the oil is hot, add the mixed cauliflower to the pan and fry until it turns golden brown.

Then, once again take a pot, add two tablespoons of oil to it, and let it heat on a low flame. After the oil is heated, add garlic and ginger and let them fry until they become fragrant.

Then, add chopped onions, cinnamon, curry leaves, and green chillies to the pot with garlic and ginger. Mix all the ingredients well to combine the flavors.

Then, add chopped fish, chili, tomato sauce, and soy sauce to the pot. Mix all the ingredients well, ensuring they are evenly combined.

Then, add the fried cauliflower and tomato to the pot with the other ingredients and mix everything well. Next, add chili powder and chili pieces, and stir-fry the mixture for 2 minutes, ensuring all the flavors blend together.
