Let's make a very delicious Snacks in a different way.

How are you all doing? Today, I want to share with you how to prepare a quick snack that can easily be added to your meal on the go. This snack is made with just a few simple ingredients and can bring some variety and flavor to your food in a fun and nutritious way.
The recipe mainly consists of basic ingredients like wheat flour, potatoes, and carrots, along with a few spices. Not only is it delicious, but it also comes packed with nutritional value. I made this as a light snack option, and it can enhance the variety and nutrition in your meals. Let’s dive in and see how it’s made!

Required Ingredients...

🍀 Wheat flour 125g.
🍀 Coconut oil for frying.
🍀 some water.
🍀 A medium sized potato.
🍀 A medium sized carrot.
🍀 About 4 cloves of finely crushed garlic.
🍀 1 Teaspoon of Pepper powder.
🍀 1/2 Teaspoon of Chili powder.
🍀 Salt as needed.
🍀 A few finely chopped curry leaves.

Method of making....

First, steam the potatoes and carrots until boile, then mash them well into small pieces.

Next, take a bowl and add wheat flour, pepper powder, chili powder, finely crushed garlic, chopped curry leaves, and salt to taste. Mix everything well.

Next, add about two tablespoons of coconut oil and a small amount of water to the mixture. Mix thoroughly, kneading the ingredients together until a smooth dough forms.

Next, take a flat surface and sprinkle some wheat flour on it. Then, place the prepared dough on the surface and use a rolling pin to flatten it out into a thin, round shape.

Next, place a cup with a 2-inch round diameter in the center of the dough. Then, on the remaining side of the dough, add the mashed potato and carrot mixture. Spread it evenly and thinly, as shown in the following image.

Next, remove the cup placed in the center of the dough. Then, cut the dough into eight equal sections, as shown in the following images.

Then, take each of the cut pieces one by one, apply a little oil to them, and shape them as shown in the following images.

Next, take a pan and add some coconut oil. Place it on the stove to heat. Once the oil is hot, add the prepared snacks and fry them until they turn golden brown.

Now, the preparation of this delicious snack is complete. This crispy and flavorful snack can be enjoyed during any relaxing moment, especially during tea time, along with some tangy tomato sauce.
