First, take the tomatoes and prepare a paste using the following method or a blender.

Next, add the crushed tomato paste, curry powder, chili powder, turmeric, and salt to the mixture. Add a little water, mix well, and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.

After that, add the half-fried potatoes and eggplants to the mixture.

Then, add curry leaves, meat curry powder, pepper, and mustard powder to it, and stir well.
