Good morning to all hive friends. So how are you? Today I would like to share a delicious dish with you in a new way. That is the delicious and nutritious spinach Wada. Spinach wade is a favorite food in some parts of our country not only for its incredible taste but also for its health benefits. Although spinach is prepared in different ways However, this is a different cooking experience. Rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants in spinach, it adds health value to both. So here's a step-by-step process to delight your taste buds with every bite.

Required Ingredients...

🍀 A few finely chopped 10 Spinach leaf.
🍀 A few finely chopped carrot.
🍀 A few finely chopped leeks.
🍀 A few finely chopped onions.
🍀 Curry leaves.
🍀 Salt to taste.
🍀 3 tablespoon of corn flour.
🍀 2 tablespoon of gram flour.
🍀 1 teaspoon of Crushed chili powder.
🍀 2 teaspoon of chili powder.
🍀 1 teaspoon of Pepper powder.
🍀 Coconut oil 250ml.

Method of making.

First, wash and clean the spinach leaves, carrots, leeks and onions and cut them into small pieces.

Then add corn flour and gram flour to it.

Then add chili powder, Pepper powder, salt and mix well. Add some water if it is not watery while stirring.

Then mix everything and make a small flat ball as shown in the pictures below.

Then take a cooking pot and put coconut oil in it and let it heat on low flame. Once it is hot, fry the cooked spinach wade until golden brown.
