Good morning to all Hive friends! Today, I’m excited to share a new dish with you: a mixed fry of onion leaves and dry fish. Onion leaves are incredibly nutritious, offering a mild taste and a wealth of health benefits. When paired with dry fish, they create a delicious dish that's perfect for any meal.
Onion leaves are rich in vitamins A and C, which support immunity and vision. They also provide dietary fiber, aiding in digestion. Dry fish adds protein, calcium, and iron, which are essential for bone health. Let’s dive into how to prepare this tasty and nutritious fry, step by step, from start to finish.
Required Ingredients...
🍀 Onion leaves 100g.
🍀 2 or 3 medium-sized onions, finely chopped
🍀 A tomato cut into long pieces.
🍀 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped.
🍀 3 dried chilli pods, chopped.
🍀 day fish 30g.
🍀 1 teaspoon of crushed chili powder.
🍀 1 teaspoon of pepper powder.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
🍀 Salt as needed.
🍀 2 tablespoon of coconut oil.
Method of making.
1 STEP
First, wash and clean the salt leaves, salt, dried chillies, tomatoes and garlic. After that, finely chop all the ingredients and keep them separately. Wash and clean the dry fish.
2 STEP
Then, take a vessel and add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil to it, placing it on the stove. Once the oil is hot, add the dry fish and fry it lightly. Next, add garlic, onion, dried chili flakes, turmeric powder, and a little salt if needed.
3 STEP
Then add some salt and mix well. Next add crushed chili powder and pepper powder and mix. Fry it for about 2 minutes.
4 STEP
Next, add the tomato pieces and stir-fry for about a minute. Remove from the heat before the color of the onion leaves changes.
