How are you hive guys, I am as usual .I would like to wish you all a good night. Today I want to share food with you. But it is not a new dish. A dish made in a different way. Today we are going to share with you the food made for breakfast at our house. It is a roti filled with potato mixture. It's really a delicious dish. We living in Asian countries are used to eating floury food for any of the three daily meals. Also, wheat flour contains carbohydrates, fat, protein and vitamins, so it is good for the body. And because it contains potatoes, its nutritional quality is even more. But we know that eating food with flour has both good and bad effects on energy. But we have to balance those foods. So let's see how to make this.😍

Ingredients;πŸ€πŸ€πŸ€

🍁Wheat flour 200g.
🍁2 small potatoes or 1 large potato.
🍁2 chopped onions.
🍁1 teaspoon of pepper powder.
🍁Salt to taste.
🍁1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
🍁Curry leaves.
🍁1 teaspoon of Crushed chili powder.
🍁3 tablespoon Coconut oil.
🍁1 cup of hot water.

🍽# Method of making;

1 step.🍴

First, put the potatoes in a pot and boil them for about 10 minutes.

2 step.🍴

Then remove the skin of the potato and clean it and mash the potato well as follows.

3 step.🍴

Take a pot and place it on the stove, add about 2 table spoons of oil and after it heats up, add the garlic. Leave it to fry for a while, add the onion and curry leaves and fry it for about a minute.

Then add pepper, turmeric powder, salt and chili powder to it and stir well.

Then add potatoes to it and stir well. As shown below.

Then take a bowl and add wheat flour and salt. Add hot water and coconut oil and make dough as shown in the pictures below.

Then put the dough on a board and make it thin. Before making it thin, put some wheat flour on the board and spread it. The following images will make it clear to you.

Then add the potato mixture to the thinned rotis. Then finish it beautifully as shown in the following images or as you like.

9 step.🍴

Then take a vessel and add about 2 table spoons of oil to it, leave it to heat and put the prepared roti and keep it on low flame for about a minute and change the side.

Now the delicious potato mix roti is ready. We can prepare these in a different way so that children really like to eat more. This is suitable for our breakfast, dinner and tea time.
