Let's make a delicious and nutritious village taste moju from young jackfruit.

Good evening to all dear loving hive friends, these days are a time of plenty of jackfruit. So today I will share with you how to make another delicious dish using a young jackfruit. making It is a very tasty dish for vegetarians. That is "jackfruit moju "made in the village style. This is a delicious and fragrant food, Moju has a special place in Sri Lankan cuisine. Its specialty is that Moju is not just a dish. It is a delicious dish that is often prepared during festive occasions, family functions and cultural events. This traditional Sri Lankan pickle or moju is known for its unique blend of spices that bring out its flavor. Another thing is that the preparation of moju varies from region to region. Some make spicy. Some make it sweeter. So let's see how to setep this up.

Required ingredients.

🍀 Young jackfruit cut into small pieces . {About 1/3 or 1/2 of the jackfruit is enough for this}.
🍀 Cut two onions into large pieces or about 10 very small onions.
🍀 About 6 green chili pods.
🍀 Curry Leaves.
🍀 A piece of ginger.
🍀 Garlic
🍀 2 cloves.
🍀 A little cinnamon.
🍀 2 Cardamom.
🍀 1 1/2 tablespoon of coconut vinegar.
🍀 2 teaspoon of mustard powder.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric Powder.
🍀 2 teaspoon of Crushed chili powder.
🍀 1 1/2 teaspoon of Pepper powder.
🍀 1 teaspoon of Sugar.
🍀 Coconut oil 300ml.

Method of making.

First, add curry leaves, garlic, Cardamom, ginger, cloves and cinnamon and crush them well. You can also blend it if you want. As in the following images.

Then take the cup of mustard powder and add 1 1/2 tablespoons of coconut vinegar to it and stir.

Then add a little pepper powder, a little turmeric powder, a little salt powder to the cut young jackfruit pieces and mix it. Then take a pan, put oil in it and leave it to heat and fry the cut young jackfruit pieces until golden.

Then fry the onions and green chillies in the same oil for about 2 minutes.

Next, take a separate vessel and heat about a tablespoon of oil on low flame. Add the crushed garlic and ginger mixture prepared earlier, and mix well. After a minute, add the curry leaves. Then, incorporate the mustard powder mixture, prepared by combining crushed chili powder and vinegar. Stir the mixture for about 2 minutes.

Next, add the fried jackfruit pieces, onions, and raw chilies to the mixture, and mix well. Sauté for about 3 minutes, then remove from heat. If the oil is insufficient, add the required amount.

This delicious jackfruit moju is best enjoyed with rice and can be stored for about a week without spoiling. There's immense satisfaction in sharing a home-cooked meal with others.
