3rd Anniversary Birthday from Plant Power (Vegan) - banana mix Cake.

Good evening to all my friends!
How are you all doing? September is a special month for us. It’s not just because it’s the anniversary of our Plant Power (Vegan) community, but also a time of joy and celebration. This wonderful initiative is the brainchild of our leader and guide, the amazing @sirenahippie. I’ve felt that not participating in the last few days would be like missing out on something important. I cannot forget that I’ve reached this point in life because of this platform. The reason I haven’t been very active lately is that I’m currently pregnant. And what better way to celebrate than with a birthday cake? Nothing beats it! So, the best way is to bake a Vegan cake. I’ve participated in this contest to the best of my ability. Now, let’s take a look at how I made it!

Next, add baking powder and wheat flour to the mixture. Since the mixture will be thick, gradually add water to thin it out while mixing.

Next, take an appropriate container suitable for baking in an oven or steaming. Grease the container with coconut oil, then pour the mixture into it.

Next, arrange the round-cut banana slices on top of the mixture for decoration. Place the container in a steamer or oven, and bake or steam it for about 40 minutes. The time may vary depending on your oven.

Hi @hive.samadi

Thank you for this unique cake; which has a great combination of ingredients. I love the grapes you have placed as decoration, they look delicious.

I'm glad to hear you're expecting a baby, congratulations! A child is a blessing. Now I understand why you are absent sometimes. Well, you know that this is your home and you will always be welcome, no matter if you have to be away at certain times.

Thank you for being part of the vegan family.

Hugs!

Fresh bananas & grapes! 😁 That's a super delicious combination. Last week I made muffins similar to this, but I had no time to take any photos.

Bananas make soft cakes. I love it 💯

Thank you for sharing your delicious and gorgeous birthday cake ❤️
