YOU NEED TO BE A SKILLFUL AND DETERMINE PLAYER IN SPLINTETRLANDS

Hello friends, how are you doing? Hmmmmmmmm! Splinterlands has become too tough for me like never before and it is high time to get more skill and sharpen my mindset toward winning. After I saw the hard nature of splinterlands a few days ago, I became tired of playing the game. Toward the end of last season, I was just like a player who other players used to climb the ladder.
Every beginning of the new season used to be yumming for me because I won 95% of my battles; I beat most of the players paired with me in the first 4 days. In this season, that goal could no longer be accomplished because of the complexity of the game.
The present complexity of the game prompted me to devise more strategies to get back on my winning drought, the eagerness to get to win became burdensome.
And I knew that the game would also be tough for some players like me; therefore, this is not the time to be discouraged but to find solutions to keep going forward.
I was meditating on what to do. I knew that upgrading your cards cannot be neglected; in fact, upgrading your cards (monsters and summoners) and buying more packs is the first priority.
For someone like me, buying more packs and upgrading cards has to be done gradually. Then, I have to find other means of getting to the winning track.

To keep winning I consider these two methods the best at the moment, they are:

  YOU NEED TO BE A SKILLFUL PLAYER: whatever work someone is doing, there are particular skills for it, a surgical doctor must go through training that will equip him/her with the right skills to become one. A football player must master some skills if he wants to become a top player, and these skills can be mastered through general and personal training.
  A skillful player always remains focused: focus is very important right now, whatever minutes or hours you set aside to play splinterlands, you have to be focused because focus is highly demanded if you desire to win.
  There was a day I was playing splinterlands, though I did not start in time, and I had an appointment somewhere else. I wanted to complete my daily guest that very day before going to the venue of my appointment, I could no longer complete my daily quest which was to use fire summoners to win 5 battles, my energy capture rate was extremely low.
  When I boarded the bus to the venue, I was trying to use my phone to complete it while I was on the bus but couldn’t.
  I was surprised because it doesn’t take me 20-30 minutes to use my fire summoner to complete my daily quest. Then, I realized that I wasn’t focused when I was playing it due to my appointment. I didn’t want to fail the appointment; appointment was everything in my mind and I wanted to complete my splinterlands daily quest by all means; that was the reason I failed to complete it.
  Right now, you have to be focused on the game while playing.
  A skillful player must possess the ability to make quick decisions: decision to know the best monsters and a summoner for a particular battle, managing stipulated time without fail while selecting monsters and a summoner, mastering of game rules and best monsters in best positions.
  In my opinion, this could be the reason behind some players giving their splinterlands account to other players who know how to play it better than them.
  Those players have mastered important skills in the game.

A skillful player should play often: consistency is what brings mastering. I read those guys in 10,000 hours of books that became pro; those guys were practicing day and night. That is just the power of consistency. Whatever you devote 5 hours every day for more than 5 years, you should be able to know it very well.
If you play splinterlands often, you will have more knowledge that could give you victory. I have met players in level 1 of monsters and summoners defeating players with level 4 and 5. I am one of the players defeated by these players. Those players have mastered skills and strategies of particular battles.

• DETERMINATION

  Determination is giving your best in what you do, putting your best in everything you are doing despite the challenges and difficulties. Determination is pushing toward your goal without giving up and believing in yourself that you can do it.
  Determination can take you from poor nature to become a wealthy man, it will make you achieve something big people think is not possible.
  I had a friend when we were in basic school, he said, “I want to become a doctor”. This guy was an orphan; no father, no mother, he was staying with one of his relatives. This guy held the vision when we were in secondary school, and he was one of the best students in our class. He went to a science competition and got a scholarship to study abroad. Today, he’s a medical doctor.
  How can determination work in splinterlands?
  Set goals for yourself: life is in phase, to achieve great things, you need to set achievable goals for yourself. I knew that it is very important to get into the chao legion, so I borrowed money and bought chao legion cards; I paid the money back after a few months.
  What made me borrow the money was that I wanted to play in the gold league, and I did it. My next plan is to get to gold ll.
  Some players rent cards to play splinterlands and they surely get profit either small or big. Hence, everyone with their own personal goals but make sure you have your own splintetlands personal goals, and be determined, keep your expectation high, and do it with all your abilities.

A determined player keeps going: nothing discourages a person that is determined because he surely knew that challenges would come his way.
No matter the tough nature of the game, I will keep playing without being discouraged, I will get into the game more.

Though it has been said in town hall some time ago, I was playing splinterlands days and I saw that I was rewarded with a splinterlands governance token (SPS). This is really good news, no more DEC reward in battles. This also will give more value to SPS.
