You know how we roll!! How are we doing? How was the week? Any setbacks? Let us know in the comment.

By the end of this week, @deraaa would be using a randomizer to select a winner for 2 HBD in the comments. The key? Comment as much as possible. Engage as much as possible. Each person must have made at least two comments to be qualified. Engage!

And here are your winners...

A very big thank you to all participants for another week of amazingness. I really look forward to more of your entries this week. Invite a friend too!

1st Place: Once a football lover, still a football lover, but too scared to lose a match. HIVE-NAIJA WEEKLY PROMPT by @adaezeinchrist

anytime we loose, I can't eat, can't talk to people, can't be happy for days, can't sleep very well. I will just be moody all the time. I don't just know how to deal with that. Maybe someone can help me with any advice that will be of help. But I have seen people happy whether they loose or not. But feels different with me. I don't actually play football because I don't know how to play. But I do enjoy watching it. I had to stop to avoid collapsing after loosing a football match. Hahaha 😄.

Hmm? Na so people carry sport for head?😲

2nd Place: My sporting experiences as a female by @vickiee

Primary school for me was really fun especially when it comes to sports. I do not have a favorite sport then and I still do not have, I participated in everything and anything called sport though the sport I was more engaged in then was race(ranging from 100meters to relay race) because I was really energetic and had the stamina and speed.

I start strong, but e be like say my village people follow me😂.

3rd Place: The sharp decline in my love for football ⚽ by @jjmusa2004

My undergraduate days seemed to cut short the interest I had in sports generally, as passing examinations in medical school was top priority. I know other colleagues participated in sports, but I got carried away with other engagements, including school politics.

Tor! No be only village people, some people just want First Class!

CONGRATULATIONS!!! YOU WOULD RECEIVE YOUR PRIZES SHORTLY...

For the prompt of the Week...

What is that?

Every week, we release out a new and fresh topic and give you 6 days to share your experiences. You can write or you can decide to make a video. Whichever way, make sure you follow the rules which are:

  • Comment with the link to your submission in this post
  • Share your post on threads with the tag(s) #naija (optional)

Back to business. What is this week's prompt?

We have encountered set backs in life. Apart from that, we may have been outdone by life. Come in contact with crippling things that may have crushed our morale or perhaps, fueled it.

Prompt Theme for the week:

Dealing With Failure...

For this theme, we would like you to know your response to failure. Do you break down and get back up? What is your healing process like?

Tell us a story...

NOTE: The HiveNaija prompt is for everyone. Your race, color, tribe or orientations do not matter. Your experience does. We look forward to your submission.

Do not forget to:

  • Be creative
  • Be original
  • Follow the stipulated rules
  • Submit within the duration of time
  • Invite a friend (optional)
  • Share your post to Dreemport (Optional)

The best written or video submissions would be picked at the end of the week and would be rewarded in this manner:
