Un libro escrito de manera sencilla que despert\u00f3 en mi el inter\u00e9s sobre lo que era la autoestima, el desarrollo personal y la motivaci\u00f3n al logro. J.C.), el m\u00e1s importante de la antig\u00fcedad, todos poseemos. Seg\u00fan \u00e9l y posteriormente Galeno, los humanos tenemos humores que regulan o explican el porqu\u00e9 algunas personas se comportan de una manera particular. Es como una teor\u00eda de personalidades y car\u00e1cter. Sangu\u00edneo, col\u00e9rico, melanc\u00f3lico y flem\u00e1tico son cuatro temperamentos. Este libro me ayud\u00f3 a conocerme, al identificarme con el temperamento melanc\u00f3lico, el leer la descripci\u00f3n me ayud\u00f3 a entender muchas cosas de mi comportamiento. M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de que sea un tema no estrictamente comprobado, s\u00ed sirve mucho de gu\u00eda para entenderse y entender a otros.\n>*This book, with a Christian approach, deals with the theory of the 4 temperaments, which according to the Greek physician Hippocrates (on the island of Cos c. 460-Larisa, Thessaly, c. 377 B.C.), the most important physician of antiquity, we all possess. According to him and later Galen, humans have humors that regulate or explain why some people behave in a particular way. It is like a theory of personalities and character. Sanguine, choleric, melancholic and phlegmatic are four temperaments. This book by Tim LaHaye develops this theme in a very illustrative and pedagogical way. This book helped me to know myself, as I identified with the melancholic temperament, reading the description helped me to understand many things about my behavior. Un libro escrito por Dale Carnegie, escritor, educador y empresario que fund\u00f3 su propia academia para ense\u00f1ar a otros sobre relaciones humanas, oratoria y ventas. Si existe un libro que recomendar\u00e9 por sobre todos los que he le\u00eddo, ser\u00e1 este. Emprende un viaje en el que conoce a personas que le van mostrando el camino a descubrir su pasi\u00f3n laboral. Este libro me llev\u00f3 a enterarme del tema del *ikigai* o prop\u00f3sito de vida, me ayud\u00f3 a mucho a encontrar y aceptar mi talento, as\u00ed como actuar en base a \u00e9l.
