There is the Orinoco River, I have arrived at the port of La Ceiba. I have come driven, pulled by the magnetic thread, to be here. The sun dissipated in the distance. The waters descended to bring out these rocks that dominate the landscape. The colour black is the predominant trend. I visualise, in the distance, the fishermen are fishing for herring. The fishing establishment is an essential factor in the life of the shore. My shore, I feel it common. It belongs to everyone.

Allí está el río Orinoco, he llegado al puerto de la Ceiba. He llegado impulsado, jalado por el hilo magnético, para estar aquí. El sol se disipó en la lejanía. Las aguas descendieron para que afloren estas las rocas que dominan el paisaje. El color negro es la tendencia predominante. Visualizo, la distancia, los pescadores están pescando los arenques. El establishment de la pesca es un factor esencial en la vida de la orilla. Mi orilla, la siento común. Ella es de todos.

The sandstones of the Sahara Desert are here, it is a dense layer that encompasses the whole environment of the middle Orinoco region. The seriousness of the fishing line is spread along the shore. The fisherman guards his line with thick, alert eyes the size of a manatee.

Las areniscas del Desierto de Sahara están acá, es una capa densa que abarca todo el ambiente de la región del Orinoco medio. La seriedad del hilo de pescar, está extendida a lo largo de la orilla. El pescador cuida su hilada con ojos gruesos y despiertos del tamaño de un manatí.

A wind blows from the sandstone on the upper plane of the orange blanket of the landscape in the distance. It is beautiful, to enjoy this instant, as the vertigo of the wave of blooming sandstone momentarily dances. I reflect before this paradisiacal reading. I smell the atmosphere, it's the scent of the living fish, navigating the water. I am in the flow of this prodigious afternoon.

Se expande una ventolera de la arenisca en el plano superior del manto anaranjado del paisaje, allá a lo lejos. Es bonito, disfrutar este instante, como danza momentáneamente el vértigo de la onda de florecientes areniscas. Reflexiono ante esta lectura paradisiaca. Huelo el ambiente, es el olor al pez vivo y navegante del agua. Estoy en el flow de esta prodigiosa tarde.

It is beneficial to feel, the intense splendour of the fan and the mirror of the universal spirit. This moment is fabulous because I forget the urban world. I am absorbed and enclosed, in the eternal fishing of the sunset, I live the light of the minstrel of the sandstones with the spinning of the hook and the fisherman.

Es beneficioso sentir, el intenso esplendor del abanico y el espejo del espíritu universal. Este momento es fabuloso porque me olvidó del mundo urbano. Estoy absorto y encerrado, en la pesca eterna del atardecer, vivo la luz del juglar de las areniscas con el hilar del anzuelo y el pescador.
