Hello, how is the individual and community wellbeing? My wish is that the spiritual and corporal health is in harmony with each one of you, respectively. This weekend I am living a great personal experience. I am positively carrying out an activity with the community in the facilities of the University of Oriente in Caicara del Orinoco in the state of Bolivar, Venezuela. It is a conversation that has the purpose of improving the quality of life of the participants. Here we share experiences, knowledge with historical, social and cultural knowledge to raise awareness and quality of life in the communities that result in the positive abundance of the communities, in an equitable manner.
Hola, ¿cómo está el bienestar individual y comunitario? Mi deseo es que la salud espiritual y corporal este con la armonía de cada uno de ustedes, respectivamente. Este fin de semana estoy viviendo una genial experiencia personal. Me encuentro efectuando positivamente una actividad con la comunidad en las instalaciones de la universidad de Oriente en Caicara del Orinoco del estado Bolívar, Venezuela. Es un conversatorio que tiene el propósito de elevar la calidad de vida de los participantes. Aquí se comparten experiencias, conocimientos con saberes históricos, sociales y culturales para elevar la conciencia y la calidad de vida en las comunidades que redunden en la abundancia positiva de las comunidades, de manera equitativa.
We ended the meeting in the university classroom. This event is formidable because the university environment focuses the human sense to share the experiences that need to be transformed efficiently in each of the families of the community. The community's conscience demands urgent changes to improve the quality of education for the youth. These community representatives demonstrated that by sharing their administrative experiences, they have power. This community meeting is great because they understand what is the healthy administrative order that must be maintained in a balanced way in order to achieve the expected success.
Culminamos el encuentro en el aula de la universidad. Este evento es formidable porque el ambiente universitario centra el sentido humano para compartir las experiencias que se necesitan transformar con eficiencia en cada una de las familias de la comunidad. La comunidad exige en su conciencia comunitaria exige cambios urgentes para mejorar la calidad educativa de la juventud. Estos representantes de las comunidades demostraron que compartiendo sus experiencias administrativas tienen poder. Este encuentro comunitario es magnífico porque se entiende cuál es el saludable orden administrativo que se debe mantener equilibradamente para alcanzar el éxito esperado.
It is an excellent meeting with the communities, I go outside the university facilities and I find a concentration of people in the place of the roofed sports field. This is where they offer food products for the basic diet of the inhabitants of the communities. There is an attraction here that is characterised by the quality of the organisation and distribution of the products on offer. They are distributed by the categories of meat, fish, vegetables. Obviously, they are local producers who are offering their crops and harvests to the people at the best price for the city of Caicara del Orinoco. I walk through the pleasant space, there are also tables with chairs where they offer meals where I observe the smoke from the heat of the bone soups.
Es una excelente reunión con las comunidades, salgo hacia afuera de las instalaciones universitarias y me encuentro con una concentración de personas en el lugar de la cancha deportiva techada. Aquí es donde ofrecen productos alimentarios para la dieta básica de los habitantes de las comunidades. Acá existe un atractivo que se caracteriza por la calidad de la organización y distribución de los productos que se ofrecen. Están distribuidos por los rubros de carnes, pescado, verduras. Obviamente, que son productores locales que están brindando sus cosechas y recolecciones para las personas al mejor precio para la ciudad de Caicara del Orinoco. Camino por el agradable espacio, allí están también mesas con sillas donde ofrecen comidas donde observo el humo del calor de las sopas de huesos.
A large stand is noticeable because of its central location. Here, my personal structure is parked to enjoy the visual of the products of the coroba. These food and craft displays are phenomenal. Most of these enterprises are run by dynamic and cheerful women. I enjoy walking through the extensive and dense display of these creative rural and urban women. They offer me arepa de coroba and I ask for the mazamorra de coroba. Here, they have a variety of products, oils, dough to make arepa de coroba, nougat, ice cream, flan, pudding. I like the mazamorra de coroba for its essence that is preserved in the customs and culinary traditions of this region. I show you this agri-food magazine which is part of my substance, of my personal lifestyle with which I have grown up culturally in my region.
Es notorio un amplio stand por lo centrado en el que se encuentra ubicado. Acá, se estaciona mi estructura personal para disfrutar el visual de los productos de la coroba. Es fenomenal estas muestras alimentarias y artesanales. La mayoría de estos emprendimientos son administrados por dinámicas y alegres mujeres. Me recreo al caminar por el extenso y denso muestrario que utilitariamente muestran estas creativas mujeres los medios rurales y urbanos. Me ofrecen arepa de coroba y solicito la mazamorra de coroba. Acá, tienen una diversidad de productos, aceites, masas para elaborar la arepa de coroba, turrones, helados, flan, pudin. Me gusta la mazamorra de coroba por su esencia que se conserva en las costumbres y tradiciones culinarias de esta región. Les muestro esta revista agroalimentaria que es parte de mi substancia, de mi estilo de vida personal con el que he crecido culturalmente en mi región.
The coroba is a plant that is native to the Cedeño municipality in the state of Bolívar, Venezuela. It has a geographical presence with a particular character because it grows here on the south-eastern slopes of the Maigualida mountain range of the Guayana massif.
