Truly, age is just a number and respect should be earned, not a factor of such number as age.
If you ask me, I would say that respect is a factor of relevance.
They go hand in hand.
In fact, it is safe to say that respect is directly proportional to relevance. It is a measure of it!

Respect is indeed a factor of relevance...when people see results...respects naturally follows. Indeed, age is just a number and what we do with our life is what truly matters.
