Good morning fellow hive and SWC, I'm Brayan @Hidekinagatari, This time I bring you a front lever routine that I will be doing with my brother kevin, and although we have been training for the same time, it is the first time that we train together since he and I train separately because we do different routines and training, but, since we have the same level in front lever, we thought of training this element together since we will have the same progress so we can perform the same routine at the same level, which is difficult to do with another person since there is always a difference in level. It should be noted that this is the first time we perform this routine, so we do not make it perfect, we lack a lot of strength and technique improvement, but as time goes by we will improve in all aspects, as it is an advanced routine where we focus on the front and touch pull up, and we have the focus on improving this aspect, so all exercises will be focused on these elements. Another thing to add is that if you like this routine and want to perform it, I would advise you to record yourself doing the exercises or train with an experienced person, because although we do this routine, it has enough complexity and technique to perform the exercises, a bad movement or poor technique can cause pain or discomfort and even injury, so be careful when performing advanced routines for the first time 💪🏼.
En esta rutina trabajaremos ejericios específicos de pull y touch, y también he añadido dos ejercicios complementarios, que no son obligatorios de hacer, pero los quise realizar para terminar de estimular los músculos implicados en este elemento, sobre todo el hombro posterior y un elemento de fuerza para el abdomen, que también es importante entrenarlo para la estabilidad. Mi hermano no pudo realizar el ejercicio de abdomen ya que no tiene fuerza en el abdomen para realizarlo, así que no lo hizo, pero como dije antes, no era obligatorio hacerlo, solo era un extra 💪🏼.
In this routine we will work specific pull and touch exercises, and I have also added two complementary exercises, which are not mandatory to do, but I wanted to do them to finish stimulating the muscles involved in this element, especially the posterior shoulder and an element of strength for the abdomen, which is also important to train for stability. My brother couldn't do the abdominal exercise as he doesn't have the abdominal strength to do it, so he didn't do it, but as I said before, it wasn't mandatory to do it, it was just an extra 💪🏼.
