Does it worry you that something like Tide Biter, which was one of the later reward cards, has a circulation of like 115k and something in CL like Wave Brood only has a circulation of 31k. Does this mean that CL is super under valued too?

When it comes to CL, the scarcest cards (using "max # of maxxed") are Epics and Legendaries (max 3-3.5k of those), followed by Commons (max of 4-4.5k) and then Rares (max of 5-5.5k). Looking at the current prices of CL, I do think some are significantly undervalued, particularly Epics, Legendaries, and Commons. I think all of this will be reflected when CL's no longer for sale in the shop and as more and more people combine cards to compete in higher levels. So yes, in summary, I think CL cards are also undervalued, and more so in fact than some of the rewards cards (just my opinion).
