We're back at the Under Pressure festival in Montreal with the "main walls". Today we're admiring the masterpiece by the collective LTG aka Les Tontons Graffeurs with invited friends. They've created another stunning wall, and all the artists gave their 100% for this wall.

Nous sommes de retour au festival Under Pressure avec les murs principaux. Aujourd'hui nous admirons le chef d'oeuvre du collectif LTG aka Les Tontons Graffeurs avec quelques amis-invités. Ils ont encore réalisé un mur de toute beauté, tous les artistes se sont dépassés.

WHERE

This wall is located in the ‘main square’ of Under Pressure. It's in the car park behind the Foufounes Electriques on rue De Boisbriand in Montreal.

Ce mur se trouve sur la "place principale" du festival Under Pressure. Il s'agit du parking derrière les Foufounes Electriques sur la rue De Boisbriand à Montréal.

LTG Crew

As is often the case at Under Pressure, LTG, which has been active since 2018, has taken over one of the biggest walls.

Comme souvent lors de Under Pressure, LTG, actif depuis 2018, s'est occupé l'un des plus grands mur.

The octopus is the work of three artists Hozek, Rizek and Hoar, three artists from the crew. The result is really superb... the octopus may not be realistic (anatomically speaking 😀) but well done and very scary. Top left is lettering by Rizek with jellyfish painted by Paynt.

La pieuvre est l'oeuvre de trois artistes Hozek, Rizek et Hoar, trois artistes du collectif. Le résultat est vraiment superbe... la pieuvre n'est peut-être pas réaliste (anatomiquement parlant 😀 ) mais très bien faite et effrayante. En haut à gauche, il s'agit d'un lettrage de Rizek avec un méduse peinte par Paynt.

Just below the octopus is lettering in the highly recognisable style of Hoar. Very talented and versatile, as he also did the jellyfish 👍. Further down is a lettering by Macadam Monkey, an artist I'm discovering, with quite a distinctive style.

Juste en dessous de la pieuvre, on retrouve un lettrage dans le style très reconnaissable de Hoar. Beaucoup de talent et de polyvalence, car il a aussi fait la méduse 👍. Plus bas, c'est un lettrage de Macadam Monkey, un artiste que je découvre, avec un style assez particulier.

As I'm writing this post, I notice that I only took photos of the right-hand side of the wall on the two occasions I went to see if the car park was empty. Unfortunately on the first occasion there were still the lift and on the second a black car. But that didn't bother me too much...

En écrivant le post, je remarque que j'ai pris des photos seulement de la partie droite du mur, les deux fois où je suis allé voir si le parking était vide. Malheureusement la première fois, il y avait encore les nacelles et la seconde une voiture noire. Mais cela ne dérangeait pas trop...

At the bottom are guest artists Wuna 🔼 and Haks 🔽 with lettering above from EkSept, himself a member of LTG.

En bas on retrouve les artistes invité avec Wuna 🔼 et Haks 🔽 avec au dessus un lettrage de EkSept, lui membre du LTG.

What do you think of this wall? It's always interesting to see a collective expressing itself without constraints, and the result is stunning.
