Uno de sus grandes beneficios es que te permite llevar tus estiramientos más allá de tu rango de movimiento natural, siendo estos de gran ayuda para mejorar la flexibilidad previniendo lesiones, también es de gran utilidad para el aumento de masa muscular, ya que si usas una banda de tensión con mayor resistencia, podrás contribuir a la ganancia de fuerza y de la tonificación muscular, ya que está al ser más difícil, nos ayudará a bombear más sangre hipertrofiando el músculo trayendo el volumen.
