¡Hola a todos! Hoy quiero compartirles una experiencia increíble que viví en compañía de mis amigos @omarzv-sw y @loganramirez-sw. Como muchos saben, el clima no siempre acompaña a nuestros planes, pero eso no fue un impedimento para entrenar duro y disfrutar de otro entrenamiento en equipo.

Hello everyone! Today I want to share with you an incredible experience that I lived with my friends @omarzv-sw and @loganramirez-sw. As many of you know, the weather doesn't always go along with our plans, but that wasn't an impediment to training hard and enjoying another team workout.

     Resultó que el día amaneció bastante lluvioso y, honestamente, pensamos que tendríamos que cancelar nuestro entrenamiento, ya que la lluvia no dejaba de caer, sin embargo, gracias a la iniciativa de mi compañero @omarzv-sw, quien tuvo la gran idea de recogerme en su auto, pudimos seguir adelante con nuestra rutina, Llegando a la casa de nuestro amigo @loganramirez-sw a eso de las 6:00 de la tarde quien muy amablemente nos abrió las puertas de su hogar con su gran solidaridad y disposición, para realizar este entreno en este día.

It turned out that the day dawned quite rainy and, honestly, we thought we would have to cancel our training, since the rain didn't stop falling, however, thanks to the initiative of my partner @omarzv-sw, who had the great idea of ​​picking me up in his car, we were able to continue with our routine, arriving at the house of our friend @loganramirez-sw at around 6:00 in the afternoon who very kindly opened the doors of his home to us with his great solidarity and willingness, to carry out this training on this day.

     El lugar era perfecto para entrenar y, a pesar de la lluvia, el ambiente estaba lleno de energía y motivación. Nos pusimos manos a la obra y empezamos a realizar una serie de ejercicios bastante exigentes. Entre ellos, destacamos la full plancha y la Straddle planche a dedos, logrando este muevo desafío que nos llenó de mucha satisfacción por lograr algo nuevo.

The place was perfect for training and, despite the rain, the atmosphere was full of energy and motivation. We got down to work and began to do a series of quite demanding exercises. Among them, we highlight the full planche and the Straddle planche on fingers, achieving this new challenge that filled us with great satisfaction for achieving something new.

     Después de esta intensa sesión, decidimos aprovechar las pesas que había en casa de Logan para fortalecer nuestros hombros y bíceps, realizando los ejercicios básicos, pero con una intensidad que nos dejó sin aliento, terminando el entrenamiento completamente agotados, pero muy felices por haber cumplido nuestro objetivo.

After this intense session, we decided to take advantage of the weights that were at Logan's house to strengthen our shoulders and biceps, doing the basic exercises, but with an intensity that left us breathless, finishing the training completely exhausted, but very happy to have achieved our goal.

     Este tipo de experiencias me recuerdan por qué amo tanto este deporte. Cada día aprendo una nueva experiencia, del valor de la amistad y el compromiso de superarse por encima de las adversidades, construyendo cada día no solamente a una persona fuerte, sino también a alguien que puede lograr muchas cosas si uno se lo propone.

These types of experiences remind me why I love this sport so much. Every day I learn a new experience, the value of friendship and the commitment to overcome adversity, building each day not only a strong person, but also someone who can achieve many things if one sets their mind to it.
