Greetings and blessings to all! Today I want to share with you a workout I did at the house of my good friend @loganramirez-sw who, as a good Venezuelan and good partner, allowed me to do my training session on a rainy day.
Durante nuestra sesión nos enfocamos en conseguir entender el trabajo de cada serie, para ganar mayor dominio y control tanto de las pullups de front como también de touch front.
On this day we decided to take advantage of the space and time to continue growing in an exercise that we both wanted to strengthen and that constantly challenges us, such as the front lever, so we did different progressions of this exercise, working on the proprioception of the front pullups plus the corresponding basics to better understand the movement.
During our session we focused on getting to understand the work of each series, to gain greater mastery and control of both the front pullups and the front touch.
One of the things I enjoyed most about this training was the mutual support generated by my teammates @loganramirez-sw and @omarzv-sw who motivate me every day to overcome my limits, successfully completing this difficult training that I still have a hard time mastering; however, I feel grateful for the achievement because despite the adversities we were able to train another day.
After working the series with the elastic band, we moved on to the front lever variations, so we tried the tuck front lever in repetitions and with holds. Although I am still far from fully mastering the front lever, each training brings me closer to my goal. It is important to remember that progression in calisthenics takes time and patience. There are no shortcuts, only hard work and perseverance. All that remains is to continue forward without getting discouraged, but above all to continue building knowledge so that one day I can see the results that I so desire. I say goodbye to all of you with the full invitation to learn this and other calisthenics movements on a journey to surpass yourself.
