Plank and Front Lever Combo Day
Queridos amigos hivers y miembros de #swc en este día quiero compartirles unas fotografías de un entreno reciente en donde desafíe la gravedad nuevamente para seguir creciendo más en este gran deporte de la calistenia.
Dear hivers friends and #swc members, today I want to share with you some photos of a recent workout where I defied gravity again to continue growing more in this great sport of calisthenics.
On this day I was not feeling very well due to my elbow injury that limited me from doing certain movements; however, I was able to do some incredible static exercises both on the parallel bars and the fixed bar, achieving excellent images to remember the triumph of discipline and dedication.
The day's workout was structured with only plank and front lever combinations to further polish my combos, so I only did 3 sets of each to gain greater mastery and fluidity of each of them. The rest period was 5 to 7 minutes per set and 10 minutes per combo.
At the end of my strength series, I did an appropriate stretch to relax the muscles that left me the most overworked, such as the biceps and the shoulder, so I did 3 sets of rotations for each arm followed by a complete stretch for the shoulder with the help of the elastic band, and to finish I worked on the biceps curls with the 25-40 pound black band to further strengthen my elbow injury.
One of the great lessons that this training left me was the great value of discipline that daily drives me to overcome any obstacle, even on those bad days, so I am happy that every day I have the strength to overcome this and other goals.
