Ladies of hive contest #124 herbs and spices my favorite for treatment
Good day ladies of hive we thank God for another week contest, this topics are so interesting I want to appreciate @elizabethbit for the question.
Normally medicine is one of the thing that kept us going in this life whenever we fall sick. But in taking medicine, we all have different choice some prefer to use herbs while others uses the one they buy from a patent store. But for me I prefer herbs and spices.

Herbs are natural lives and substance which we can get from the bush or farm and prepare it for treatment. In old days our parents don't go to hospital then, so whenever they fall sick, They use herbs to cure themselves.But there are different herbs for different illness and not everybody have the wisdom to know the right herbs for a particular sickness.
Whenever I want to treat malaria, I normally use herbs I will go to the farm and get some lives like guava, pawpaw, lemon grass and orange lives etc. This are remedy for treating malaria I have been using it and it work for me.
Spices are also good for treatment base on the situation of the body and it can also be use to prepare meal spices like ginger, garlic, tumeric and glove. All this spices are very good in weight lost and also cure inflammatory disease example STD (sexual transmitted disease) I have try it and it work for me and it help in washing every dirty in our body system.
