One thing that I have realized about us humans is that most of the time we are in a mental crises. We just have our own ways of dealing with them. One thing that I have also realized is that when I play football I mostly feel joy after running for 30 to 40 minutes. I can't deny that it is tiring but it's also fulfilling. This is why I agree with you that exercise helps a lot.
