Am stuck on evacuate and Dome
I am stuck with the other two. DOME is never an option to me.
Evacuate doesn't seem like a good option cause where would they go if they leave and the story ain't finished yet.
Tin foil hat can't really withstand a bomb unless if this option wins then we would be told that the bomb didn't explode despite the count down.

Dome might be right but would it contain everyone in the town and I doubt if they have much time to build dome to contain everyone.
