Timphan Balut
Hi, hi hello everyone, welcome back with me, today I am very happy to share an article about my cooking activities. Monday is cooking my own food, I am very happy to be able to share with all of you. Today I made a cake and a traditional specialty from Aceh, Indonesia, namely timphan balut.
I am so happy that I can finally make my own food and mix my own food with such a delicious taste. The ingredients are actually very easy, just using pandan leaf flour, then coconut and all kinds of seasonings such as sugar, salt and so on.
How to make this timphan balut cake is also very easy, it just has to be mixed with the dough that I mentioned above, namely sugar flour and pandan leaf juice, we stir until smooth and add water until it melts. Then after that we can bake it in a teflon with just a little oil, then we can fold the filling inside, coconut that has been cooked first. That's a very simple way to make this one food.
And then after that it can be served directly and can be eaten immediately, don't forget I cover it with a little plastic so that when we eat it it is easy and not sticky so that it is also clean to serve, that's how I made the cake this afternoon.
