Maulid tradition

Hello everyone, welcome back again. Today I greet you all. I hope you are always healthy and happy because today I am very happy to share a story related to the event that we are holding, namely the Maulid Nabi Muhammad Shallallahu Alaihi Wasallam event where we at home have all the stuff to cook food with various types, especially typical Acehnese food and today we shop, then cook and then deliver it to the Meunasah in our village area.

Today we cook various kinds of menus starting from fried rice noodles with chicken, shrimp sauce, duck egg chili sauce, and also other sauces, there are many menus and this is a typical Acehnese menu with very high quality spices and very delicious spices, especially Acehnese curry chicken which is very delicious and we cook these menus from morning until noon because the event is in the afternoon so we cook in quite large portions because this is to be shared with people around the village.

For the food we cook, I really like the fried chicken because the fried chicken has quite a lot of ginger spices. This is the most delicious spiced fried chicken from Aceh Indonesia. This is all the menus from Aceh so the spices are also very delicious. That's my story today related to the cooking event for the Maulid event which will be shared with people around us.
