Grilled Rice

Hello everyone meet again with me very happy to be able to convey again hopefully you are always in good health and happy always like me today very happy because today I went for a walk around 11.00 am I visited one of the booths in the city which is right near the Baiturrahman Mosque I woke up first one of the booths that sells food. lunch is grilled rice there are various kinds of grilled rice I only bought grilled chicken rice.

grilled rice from various variants available But unfortunately the grilled rice here has run out of the squid side dish flavor even though I really want to try the squid grilled rice but I can't deny that I also bought it because I also want to try the chicken grilled rice The grilled rice here is very delicious because it has various spices that are very tasty and the chicken is also very delicious. It has a slightly spicy taste and the spices are also very pronounced.

This grilled rice is very unique because it is wrapped directly in banana leaves and mixed directly with the side dish, namely shredded chicken with yellow spices, then wrapped and grilled and this rice is also very delicious, there is a roasted aroma, there is a smoky aroma, the rice is very fragrant and the chicken is also very soft even though the chicken is shredded into small pieces, it really tastes good. so that's my story this afternoon related to my lunch snack, namely grilled rice with chicken side dish.
