How to make mini moghlai porota...vegetable bread...

Hi everyone,

How are you all. Hope all are you good. Today again i,m going cooked snack recipe. The recipe name is mini moghlai porota..in english vegetables bread. This recipe was favourite for snack. This is my first time to cooked it. Usually i,m bring it this food from hotel. But today i,m Think to cooked. Hope all are you like it.

Mini moghlai porota

Ingredients

1.Flour -2 cup
2.Onion chop 1/2 cup
3.Green chilli 1/4 cup
4.Coriander leaves
5.Egg -1
6.hot spices -1/2 tbsp
7.Cumin powder - 1/2 tbsp
8.Salt -1 tbsp

How to cooked mini moghlai porota..

Step -1

First i,m going to chop 1/4 cup green chilli and some coriander leaves and keep it in a plate.

Then i,m going to chop all ingredients. I,m chop 1/2 cup of onion and keep it in a bowl.

Step -2

Now i,m going to take 2 cup of flour and take some salt, water. Then make a dough and keep it in a plate.

Step -3

I,m going to mixed all chop ingredients. So i,m take coriander leaves, chop onion and green chilli into the bowl.

Then i,m pour 1/2 tbsp hot spices and 1/2 cumin powder into the bowl.I,m also add 1 tbsp salt into the bowl and mixed it.

Now i,m take 1 egg and crack it into the bowl. I will shake it into the bowl.

I,m make the stuffed that use inside of moghlai porota.

Step -4

I,m going to take the flour dough and start to make big size of bread.

Bread was making in big size. Keep it in a plate.

Now i,m going to pour some making stuffed center of the bread.

Then i will warp the bread. First i will wrapped in long side. To fixed it i will use eggs mixed.

Then i,m wrapped bread wide side with egg mixture. Then fixed it.

Mini moghlai porota shape was done. Now i,m going to start fry it.

Step -5

I will take a pan in stove and give some oil into the pan.

When the oil was become hot. Then i,m going to give one by one mini moghlai shape into the pan and fry it.

When you see the bread was become brown then Keep it from stove.

Mini moghlai porota making was done. Now i will keep all moghlai into a plate.it was crispy.

Now i will take a knife and cut in in small pieces. Mini moghlai porota was Very crispy and spicy. Eat it to stay warm because this time it was more tasteful to eat. Try it at home if anyone want.
