Mindful

The thing is, a lot of things have been going through my mind, and what better way can I solve all this, if I don't sit down and think of a really good way, that I am going to follow, to put my mind in a safe place.

Ever since I was a child, I have been listening to the elders talk to me about being mindful of my actions, and as a child, I didn't know what they were really talking about, until I grew up and started to see the modules of life.

The thing is, life has so many modules, as I turn the pages and continue to better myself, I go through each of the modules and see a new one, those modules, that I have seen and gone through were not easy before I could push beyond, but one of my favourite methods I used to get my mindset in one piece was to always meditate on the things I had done, and think about the things I was going to do in the future, so I would know if the things I had done were better, like if I was right to have done them, or if I was just jumping here and there, without any goal.

I have learned that meditation is a way to improve our thinking, life and spiritual well being, from understanding and following the best things, we should engage with, on the other hand what we eat is also a good thing to consider, so that to establish our mind, stable, one time I have an encounter, with a particular food in the morning, which was custard, and the thing was, I am not a fan of it.

Even when it's prepared in the house, I wouldn't eat it, but I'll opt for something else, so on this day, I was so excited about the call I got to start work in a company that i applied as a section manager, I must have remember that I forgot myself that day, for some reason of happiness or so, so I make the custard and took it in the morning, then towards the workplace.

Now what happened was that, because of how happy I was I couldn't think any more loud and clear, about what I was going to eat in the morning, and start my first day in the office. As I remember, I couldn't remember how I felt that day, but I will call those feelings, those of happiness.

Because when I arrived at the place, I was smiling all the time, and the secretary showed me my office, but it was like "a day of never attend me in the office" my stomach makes troubles for me, and I have used the toilet in the office for many times, what saved me was that, the toilet was inside the office and I was the only one there, if not, people would have asked questions about me.

The day did not go as I had planned, because I was not attentive to what I ate, I allowed too much excitement to fill my mentality, and so I forgot about myself.

In some cases, when we allow ourselves to be carried away by a joyful mindset, we may want to try new things, in my understanding, new things come with new experience, and in most cases, we may not want to try them again another time.

Mindfulness is peace, that's why we easily see people talking about being mindful, the thing is, those people who are mindful of what they do, wouldn't like to do something, which is going to get them upset in the end, so thinking so directly before acting is going to help a person in taking mindful actions.

Therefore, no matter what comes in my way, I always take my time, to be conscious and selective, because only this can give me peace of mind wherever I find myself. So in your own, I will want you to always take my words to be mindful, selective and safe.
