Mushkpuri Top

Hello friends, I am back with another interesting blog. The month of August was very boring and hectic. As it came to end, I decided to travel some refreshing spot in Islamabad but the weather was so fine that i went to Mushk Puri top which is located in Donga Gali, just 40 minutes' drive from Murree. It was sunny day with gentle breeze, seems like it was the sun of winter.

Mushk Puri top is 9000 feet (about 2.74 km) above from sea level. It is one of the hardest hiking tracks. The track is surrounded by trees, it is in the middle of jungle. I would suggest that this track is only for young people. Although there is horse ride available which charge you 5000 from both sides. Everything is difficult in the start just like this hike but as you proceed it become easier. It took 3 hours from one side because after 2 minutes hike we would rest for 10 minutes LOL. While coming back from top it took 1 and half hour with just 10-minute rest as it is easier while coming.

The hills of Mushk Puri top are carpeted with greenery, from one side you can see Abbottabad and another side gives you beautiful scenery of Kashmir Valley. During spring season, beautiful little flowers are spreaded all over the hill. Locals are very few in number, they had installed TEA AND COFFEE stall. What else could a nature lover person need, A cup of tea and a majestic scenery. The most beautiful fact about Mushk Puri top is the sky (the blue sky) and breeze. The clouds are wondering here and there.

Spending almost a day there made us fresh. In the evening, we came back and were dead tired. We went to guest house and took a nap. After nap evening tea was waiting for us lol. Then we went to bazar and did some window shopping.

After having dinner, i went for walk with my cousin. While coming back late night my cousin insists me to taste burger of gloria jeans. He ordered burger and i ordered coffee.

All day went well, we made memories, laugh together, hike the hardest track, enjoyed the sceneries, taste the signature dish of some restaurants in Donga Gali, did late night adventures and gups shup. Yes, we enjoyed a lot.
