Travelling Back To Home

It was Friday , 7th June when Eid vacation notification was declared. Every individual started to book tickets , pack their luggage for home. We were also excited for home but some of our friends decided to stay in university for 3-4 days to experience the solitude here, as this university is always full of crowd every where. I agree with them and stayed their for 4 days. It was completely different university then when only one huts was opened, round about 100 students were present despite of thousands. The melodies of birds in morning time, Sunset at different spots with gentle breeze, long walks, so all these were a kind of addiction and were satisfying individual mental health. We enjoyed our time there.
Now it was time to go home , so I book my seat, packed my necessary luggage and say a temporary goodbye to university.

I love travelling but there are some zones of mine where I enjoy travelling. The GT road has been hectic for me since from College time. Here is the picture in which you can see the traffic and multiple vehicles with huge noice , which always distracts me. I just wait when will be the motorway or expressway starts , so that i can lay down and enjoy the road.

Here comes my favourite place where i put all my tiredness aside. This is the entrance to motorway which is from Islamabad to Peshawar of 2 hours.

From A.W.T Sargani interchange to Attock interchange, the route is covered with mountains. Sometimes the road passes in between in the mountains which adds beauty to the journey.

This is Hasanabdal interchange. A funny story is attached with it. There is a college named Hasanabdal cadet college. Our two younger got admission there last year. They were excited to go out of home as they were seeing all their elders went out of villages to good colleges and universities for education. When they went there , they were new to this thing, they didn’t absorbs all the difficulties and as it was a cadet college so the atmosphere is totally changed from other colleges. They used to call in every hour to pick us , we are not more staying here 😂. They warned us if you didn’t came , we will leave this place and will not come home and this and that. Any how when they were settling down, we decided to picked them and they were crying when we went there, saying how can a person live here 😂. So this board on motorway always made me to laugh on that story.
One more thing The Mian Gee Daal is famous in this area which is famous for its delicious taste cooked in desi ghee.

These are days of Eid , every family was searching for animals. Crossing Attock interchange there were multiple vehicles which were carrying animals from Punjab to KPK. In the meantime, my father called and asked my location. I answered him and also asked what have you bought for Eid , he answered son I bought your favourite animal i-e Sheep. I feel happy to hear it and bbq comes in my mind directly.

River Indus , a bridge which separates two provinces, punjab and kpk. Crossing this bridge you can see the board of kpk.

As the journey was a bit longer so the drive share his youth life with me which was very interesting. Oh I forgot that i had the pic of driver. Here it is Shehriyar uncle. A man down to earth , humble kind and nice.

Hurrah! SWAT interchange, Road which goes to the Northern area of Pakistan. It reminds me our childhoods life, we used to spend out summer vacation in swat . All our cousins and family members were there for 2 months . It is such a nostalgia. Now everyone is far away , busy in their education, offices and business. Every year we planned to go but busy schedules always cancel the plans.

This is Mardan interchange, i have many friends here . I open my mobile and search for my friends to call but there are too many that I can’t decide to call which one 😂. So i keep mu mobile in pocket haha.

This is second last interchange after this the motorway ends on Peshawar interchange. I use charsadda interchange for my home. When I reached to this place I become super excited, I want to shout , say a big hello and no one can measure my happiness. I say Salam to this beautiful land. As a traveler I always enjoy these journeys. In next blog, i will try to show you this place. 🌸.
Thanks for reading my blog.
See u then, ba bye .

The story of the younger ones was hilarious, leaving home is often fantasised but going to cadet is yet alone another horror 😂.
