On the 8th of Dhul-Hijjah, the Prophet ﷺ left for Mina. In Mina, the Prophet ﷺ performed Zuhr, Asr, Maghrib and Isha prayers and spent the night there. It was Friday night. He also prayed the morning prayer in Mina. After sunrise, they left for Arafat. He (peace be upon him) ordered that a dome of camel's hair should be made for me. In the field of Arafat, the Holy Prophet ﷺ stayed in this dome until the time of fall came. At that time, the Prophet ﷺ ordered to bring his camel Qaswa. Riding on Qaswa, he arrived inside the valley and delivered a sermon in front of the Muslims while sitting on a camel.

In this sermon, the Prophet ﷺ said: “People! Listen to me. Look, I don't know if I'll ever see you in this place after this year. People! Listen, your blood (i.e. your lives) and your wealth are honorable upon each other until you meet your Lord (i.e. throughout your life), just as this day and this month are honorable for you. Behold you (after death) ) Soon you will meet your Lord, He will ask you about your deeds and I have conveyed to you all the commandments (regarding every action), so whoever has (someone's) trust, he should ask for this trust. But hand it over to the same person who had kept the trust as a trustee.

Look, all kinds of interest (which was owed by someone to someone) has been abolished, but your real wealth is lawful for you. You will not abuse and you will not be abused. Allah Almighty has decided that no usury is permissible anymore and all the usury of Abbas bin Abdul Muttalib was abolished. Before the introduction of Islam, whatever murder case there was in the era of Jahiliyyah, it was also abolished (now it will not be avenged) and the first murder that I abolish in revenge is the murder of Ibn Rabi'ah bin Harith bin Abdul Muttalib. And Ibn Rabi'ah drank milk among Banu Laith, Hazail killed him. So this is the first murder with which I am beginning forgiveness.
