The today lifestyle which make most of us less active, invite many deceases, other then lifestyle the use of pesticides and alteration of food become big concern for our health. All those reason leads some critical issues in body including the organ failure. In India the death because of the non-availability of organs is approximately 500,000. The thousands of patients are on waiting lit because of the shortage of donors. If we check the data then organ donation rate in India is around 0.86 per million population, and if we compare it with some other developed countries then we find the numbers are very poor, for example in USA the number are around 36 PMP.
The organ donation is life saving in most of the cases because all the organs are required of the proper function of the body and if some organ get damaged because of any reason this leads to the health issue and many cases leads to the death. The organ transplant is the option in most of the cases.
In a recent case in India a 2.5 year old boy saved life of seven children . The boy was declarer brain dead after an accident and the organ donated form the boy saved the life of seven other children. The heart, lungs, liver and kidneys were used transplant to different ill children. The organ donation is a critical issue in India a their is significant gap between the demand for organs and their availability.
In case of organ donation their are two type of Donations first is Living Donations nd second one is Deceased Donation which is also known as cadaveric organ donation. In case of living donation the healthy person donate his organ to any one of the family member. And in case of the Deceased Donation, the organs of a brain dead person can be donate. Its not mandatory to donate the organs after death but if the Government pass a law which it mandatory. I find some advantages and some disadvantages along with some major challenges for same.
Their is no doubt that this will increase the supply which will result in decrease in the demand. The people has not to wait for years for any Donor which is the case now. Their are many criteria which used to cheeked the suitability of any organ before transplant. The more donor available means the rare matches will also get the sufficient number of donors. On the other hand this may leads to some kind of trafficking also. The chance of illegal actives in this matter will increase for sure and that will be more difficult situation to control the all system. Their will be more chance that the people will abuse it as many people will having the access to the donated organs. This will leads to more of business instead of the noble cause for which the policy was made.
The main challenge in the implementation of such policy is the awareness and the believes. The government has to convey to the people the moto of the policy and the benefits the population will get from same. The data and stats form previous years can make people understand the concept and usability. The second main and most important challenge will be the believe of the people and the religious regions. The religious beliefs most of the time prevent any individual or family form donating the organs. They believe that the body should be buried or cremation should be done as a whole and without some organs their will not be peace. Other challenges will be availability of proper infrastructure, transportation like green channels etc. Some of the state governments taken us some initiatives in India like established green corridors to fast organ transport, promoting the organ donation through campaigns, incentivization, and education. No doubt those those establishments make the process hassle free and also encourage more people to attach with the case. The main fear is the conversion of the noble cause into the business which is because of some money minded persons.

Agree with you, here in my country, we also have less doners, so, if the person dead has the body parts in the healthy condition, they should be donated but after asking from their fmaily members.
