Building Financial Security: My Journey with HBD Savings and Passive Income

Saving the some amount for the emergency is very important as life is uncertain. And when the saving also become the good source of passive income then its like awesome deal. When we talked bout the fait money then you many find the number of options like bank saving, fixed deposit , recurring deposit etc. But in case of the cryptocurrency world the option are very limited as per my knowledge and its very important to check the option is legit or not. Every investment has the risk involved in that and we must cross check all the aspects first before putting the money. After some research I concluded that the Hive Backed Dollar (HBD) Saving is one option which has two advantages - first is that HBD is stable coin so the value of HBD is not fluctuating much, second is the 15% Annual Percentage Rate ( APR ) which is wonderful for any stable coin.
The HBD also accepted by many businesses and their is community spednHBD on Hive support the experience shared by many users of spending HBD in real life for good and services. My HBD Saving Progress

It has been approximately three years I started accumulating the HBD in saving. I set the target of accumulate the 2k Hive Backed Dollar (HBD) in saving. We are in the month of December and year is ending in 29 days. In the last year I put more then 1K HBD in saving, that was one of the biggest achievement in last year, and really give a big boost to my HBD saving target. The HBD progress give me confidence and that was the reason I set another target for myself. I put all my good efforts to achieve the target but in between I used the HBD for some purchase that was the reason that I am behind the target. I am reinvesting all the earning from the saving back to saving. Reinvestment strategy works well for me in this case. Every reinvested HBD earn some more HBD by the end of month, and help me reach fast to my target.

Till now I am holding 1647 HBD in saving. Today also I claimed the monthly saving rewards which were approximately the 20 HBD, This time I was on time thanks to the auto claim feature of @keychain . Being on time is also rewards because if you are not claiming the saving interest on time that means you are loosing the interest in the unclaimed part of HBD. The amount may be very less in my case but every small portion is also important when we are chasing any target.
As usual all the HBD I claimed they all goes to saving, so after that the final HBD I am holding in the saving is 1,667.783.

With slightly more then 20 HBD added today and the current HBD in saving are slightly more then 1620. For the time being HBD form the monthly claimed are the main source to increase the number in saving. I still need 380 HBD in next four month, which is almost 127 HBD per month, to achieve the year end target. Slightly more then 20 HBD I will received as rewards form saving itself.

Conclusion

Currently, I already have more then 1667 HBD in saving, which is earning me a awesome 15% Annual Percentage Rate ( APR) , In this way I am earnign approximately 20 HBD form saving interest without doing anything (a nice way to earn passive income). At present the post rewards (author rewards) also paid in the HBD and Hive Power, so the HBD earnign form the post rewards is also another source of HBD earnign other then saving interest. The initial weeks of last month were not much active on Hive but now I ma coming back to my normal routine of posting everyday at least one post. Showing up your self is very important on blockchain.
