dCity:: My Strategy to be in Top 400 to receive rewards & How simple it can be for others to follow...

In this post, I am going to talk about my strategy to be in the Top 400 players list that makes one eligible to claim a free citizen every day, along with other dcity game dynamics that will be helpful while you build your dCity. Before we get into all of this it is imperative to first understand what dCity is all about.

What is dCity?

In precise #dCity is a mathematical and trading game based on NFT [non-fungible tokens] available on Hive-Engine. As player you have an option to build your city as you want with a variety of NFT cards that represents buildings, citizens, technologies that ultimately helps you to earn income in the form of HIVE ad $SIM token which is the in game currency token of the game. Players can also get many cards by playing and being active in the game. Currently by delegating HIVE POWER [HP] one can get the young citizen card for every 1000 HP delegated. Top 400 Income Ranking Players

Now that we have some understanding to what is dCity all about and if it interest you then you can start building your dCity from today itself all that you need is a HIVE account and $SIM into your wallet to buy the cards. Lets now delve into my strategy of being into Top 4oo ranking players list to receive rewards. As seen from the above image at present my income rank is 17 and it gets me close to 6.8K #SIM daily along with a free citizen to claim which is worth another 800 #sim.

As I said earlier the game has many dynamics in it and involves some math rather much along with different categories numbers of your city tied to Income, Population, Education, Creativity and Popularity plays a critical role here. You need to get familiarize about all these factors and build your city to take advantage of the rewards associated to them. For getting into Top 400 here is what I have been doing. Lets take the above example of Income only where I am placed at 17 position. Here is the snapshot of the Income ranking for player ranking to 397 to 402

Now if you were to come in Top 400 here all you need is an income of greater than 13 #sim. And similar you can check for other categories what is the minimum population, popularity, education and creativity you need to maintain in your dcity to be at a level above 400. Coming back to our example of income now that we know that we need to have #sim income of above 13 then its best to have or buy cards that give you tax refund at this moment since the total tax rate for all the cities is above 100%

How do you find tax refund cards?

There are many ways to finding the tax refund cards. But the simplest one is to go to the Info tab of the game portal and search for Tax Refund and click the button to have the information displayed for all the cards NFTs that gives you tax refund.

Considering that currently in the game the total taxes is above 100% its better to focus on the tax refund cards and if you can collect cards bringing the total tax refund to above 14 then you can easily come in top 400 players ranking for Income. Apply the same logic for other categories and see how much population, popularity, education and creativity you need to build to be in top 400 and buy those cards from the market or simply buy cards via the #sim. Wrapping up the post here::

• check your current ranking
• check for the minimum number/stats for each category
• As an example for income buy the tax refund cards, get the total above 13 to be in top 400 player in Income category
• Repeat the process for other categories to check the minimum number to be in top 400
• Finally buy cards for market or buy new cards in the game via #sim

Here are some examples as well where other players have claimed their reward for being in top 400 players list. Also this reward can be claimed once in a day. You need to wait for 24 hours once claimed, revisit the #bot-commands channel and claim again using the same --claim command.
