So, out for an Indian the other night with son and his family, when talk got round to "When do you want to go Florida again". We were last there, the five of us April 2023, easter, the worst possible time. The parks were rammed. 2025, my travelling year is shortened, unable to go anywhere until May, dirty trips already planned.
- We agreed on 2026, a momentous year, a good way to celebrate.
- Convinced them we should venture down to the Keys, 25 years since I last visited, be good to see that sunset over Key West again.
- That's taken care of then.
- BUT! Not easter
Let's put the plan into action. Let's see what happens

I told you it was really fucking rammed, if ya don't like crowds then maybe the magic is not for you.
Think this guy enjoys his job too much, happy in the knowledge that he is heaping 2 hrs 10 mins pain on folk as they queue for a 3 minute ride.

I put up some Christmas lights yesterday on the outside of the cabin. My feet and hands almost froze 🥶🥶🥶

It has virtually gone this morning, the slushy mess has actually frozen over night which makes it worse. I still have tulip bulbs to plant!!
I know… at 3 o’clock 10 cm was already added 🌨️🌨️☃️
Too dark to go out now but will be interesting when we wake up in the morning.
That’s the worse part when it freezes over. Our driveway was one ice skating rink for the last 2 weeks… luckily it is getting covered by snow now.

I been to Orlando a few times but never down to the Keys, heard its very nice. You gonna recreate photos from 25 years ago? That would be fun
Yeah the keys are different from orlando, laid back and chilled, well worth the drive
