A night on the town. Florida April 23
Kissimmee Old Town, not really a town as such, but an evening of strolling, eating and drinking with my gang and Ann's family, who had flown down for a few days to visit. (that's my son, not me)
It was a quiet night, not many folks here, far more popular on Wednesdays and Saturdays when there are regular classic car cruises.
So let's cruise down to a burger bar and get some proper food.
Nope, maybe later a litle snacklet before bed.
A&W All American Food. YEEEEEEE HAAAAAW. has been in operation far longer than Ronald, the God of Burgers by a good 20 years.
They see it run as a franchise business where you can become a franchisee for as little as $276k to a whopping $1.4million (+real estate costs). The Corporate fat cats get rich on the backs of the minions toiling endlessly, no easy get rich schemes here boy, move along.
But my good god all mighty the burgers are fucking awesome and the chilli cheese fries? Ambrosia. Please Mr.A&W, come to the UK. let me feast as like never before.
Son did make a daft suggestion that while the ladies went shopping we indulged in some of the more beastly rides.
"Not unless we want people below us to be wearing a shed load of A&W upchuck" said I.

So from one touristic shop to another, chucklesome t shirts and seriously tie dyed stuff, is it making a come back man loon pants and flowers in their hair, got to love a hippy chick.
I mean seriously? Who comes all this way to se a mouse and goes home with a Buddha?
Aimed at the tourist market at tourist prices
The only shop, the only god forsaken shop I wanted to visit... was closed. I've never been lucky
Definite kerb appeal when they cant change a couple of bulbs

Seldom get root beer here anymore, children loved it, tasted like Wicks bubblegum if I remember correctly, ginger beer I do not drink, my Mom made homemade which was not for me.
dark rum and ginger beer is really nice, except for the heartburn in the middle of the night!
What concoction mix is that? No wonder you got heartburn!
