Long Time Exposure with Christmas Lights
It's was exactly 8 years ago when I took these pictures while playing with my daughters in our garden. We used a LED chain of Christmas lights to create this effect buy swinging and throwing it around. The camera (Nikon D800) was mounted on a tripod and set on log-exposure of 2 seconds to capture the movement of all those LEDs. It was a lot of fun!
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all of you!

Amazing visualization. What wonders a long exposure can do.
Just 2 seconds? I expected more! Nice work!
I tried various timings but 2 sec worked bast for this.
I think I remember that. Nice memory. Merry Christmas!
Thank you Otto! Merry Christmas to you too!
Happy silly season :D

That's pretty neat! We did something similar years ago with some sparklers. I should try to find those pics. It was about 8 years ago as well I think.
