El día de hoy tocaba en mi rutina día de empuje, hoy estaba en mi casa de crianza en San Juan de Colon municipio Ayacucho del Estado Táchira, quise ir al parque de barras donde comencé a entrenar por primera vez y conocí esta disciplina, por dificultades climáticos hoy no pude salir de mi casa, ya que estaba lloviendo demasiado para ir a entrenar en el parque, pero para mí eso no impidió a que realizara mi rutina y decidí hacerla en casa. En mi rutina de empuje me enfoco mucho en hacer fondos en barras cerradas para poder enfocar también el pecho. En mi casa no tengo ningún tipo de paralelas para poder realizarlas y tuve que excluir este ejercicio de mi rutina por mucho que me gustará. Mi rutina de hoy se destacó en puras flexiones, las cuales realicé en diferentes aperturas, como lo son las flexiones abiertas, normales y de diamantes, cada ejercicio los hice de 25 repeticiones por 4 series con un descanso de 1.5 minutos entre serie y 4 minutos entre ejercicio para no quedarme sin estimular completamente los tríceps uno de mis músculos favoritos del brazo hice 2 series de fondos en silla, la primera serie la hice de 30 repeticiones, ya que tengo muy buena fuerza de empuje y la segunda serie fue al fallo, ya que quería probar mi máximo en fondos. Para mi próxima rutina voy a agregar fondos en una sola barra, ya que también me ayudan a obtener mucha más fuerza. Con esto termino mi publicación, espero que les guste. Today was my push day routine, today I was at my foster home in San Juan de Colon, Ayacucho municipality, Táchira State, I wanted to go to the bars park where I started training for the first time and I got to know this discipline, due to weather difficulties today I couldn't leave my house, since it was raining too much to go train in the park, but for me that didn't stop me from doing my routine and I decided to do it at home. In my push routine I focus a lot on doing dips on closed bars so I can also focus on the chest. At home I don't have any kind of parallel bars to be able to do them and I had to exclude this exercise from my routine as much as I like it. My routine today was highlighted by pure push-ups, which I performed in different openings, such as open, normal and diamond push-ups, each exercise I did 25 repetitions for 4 sets with a rest of 1.5 minutes between sets and 4 minutes between exercises so as not to be left without fully stimulating the triceps, one of my favorite arm muscles, I did 2 sets of chair dips, the first set I did of 30 repetitions, since I have very good pushing strength and the second set was to failure, since I wanted to test my maximum in dips. For my next routine I am going to add dips on a single bar, since they also help me get much more strength. With this I finish my post, I hope you like it.
