El dÃa de hoy estuve por fin en el parque de barras donde me encariñé con esta disciplina deportiva y mi amor por la calistenia fue creciendo poco a poco, donde hice muy buenas amistades, donde conocà a muy buenos atletas. Donde cada dÃa que pasábamos nuestras rutinas, ahà siempre era un ambiente muy agradable. Hoy realicé una muy buena rutina de puros básicos para irme fortaleciendo más cada dÃa, ya que estuve un tiempo fuera del campo de las barras y del entreno por varios meses, pero eso no es obstáculo para nosotros, estamos enfocados en crecer cada dÃa más. Hoy empecé con dominadas australianas para ir acostumbrando nuevamente mis muslos. Realice 25 repeticiones por 4 series con un nivel de exigencia muy bueno para no tener fallas. Luego empecé con dominadas pronas y supinas, 15 repeticiones por 3 series de cada una de ellas. Luego de esto, aproveché y realicé dominadas nuestras sacando el pecho y estas las hice de 18 repeticiones por 4 series, luego ya estaba agotado e hice un máximo de dominadas y llegué a las 20 luego de la rutina. Ya de haber terminado, quise probar un estático que antes lograba marcar que es el back lever. Ojo, solo fue una prueba para ver cómo estaba, tengo muy claro que tengo que entrenar mucho para mejorarlo, ya que me hace falta mucha técnica aún. Today I was finally at the calisthenics park where I fell in love with this sport and my love for calisthenics grew little by little, where I made very good friends, where I met very good athletes. Where every day we spent our routines, there was always a very pleasant atmosphere. Today I did a very good routine of pure basics to get stronger every day, since I was away from the field of bars and training for several months, but that is not an obstacle for us, we are focused on growing more every day. Today I started with Australian pull-ups to get my thighs used to it again. I did 25 repetitions for 4 sets with a very good level of demand so as not to have mistakes. Then I started with prone and supine pull-ups, 15 repetitions for 3 sets of each one. After this, I took advantage and did our own pull-ups sticking out my chest and I did these 18 reps for 4 sets, then I was already exhausted and did a maximum of pull-ups and reached 20 after the routine. Once I had finished, I wanted to try a static exercise that I was able to define before, which is the back lever. Mind you, it was just a test to see how I was doing, I am very clear that I have to train a lot to improve it, since I still need a lot of technique.
