Some individuals are struggling today not because their parents weren't rich but because they didn't prepare effectively to maintain things beneficial for their following generation.
Nobody likes death yet death must undoubtedly come you need to keep your house in order and prepare for the future generation.

We know some children may lavish things handed to them. But it may be granted to a lawyer with condition that when you are deceased or they come to a specified age of maturity.

This issue and question I often ask myself, what would I keep for my future generation? Although am not married yet but early preparation counts a lot. At times why I work so hard and know all this is not to make errors my parents did.

Business

One problem with business is that nobody can sacked, if they saw how their mother ran the business they will want to retain it as a family heritage.
As I mentioned earlier anything might happen therefore you need to plan. Having a business would make your children a source of income, in case of any family financial difficulty.

Assets

Cars are excellent, and building houses are lovely but I would acquire Properties like land for my generation. We all know how landed properties appreciate. The land you acquired for $500 in 3 years might increase to $2000 depending on how rapidly the region is expanding. I may construct the home for them or they build it themselves that's why the family business is important.

A good name

Sounds strange right? 😂, yet many say a good name is better than silver or gold. Many children have received employment due to what their parents did to the individual many years back, and many people have gotten into difficulties they know nothing about because of the bad their parents have done and his or her parents may be deceased, yet the excellent name continues speaking even in his absence.
My future generation should be glad they came through me by developing a solid legacy to leave behind.
