Should we raise the minimum burn to 80%?

Hello Golemancers!

We've received numerous requests to reconsider the current minimum burn percentage required to avoid penalties. As of now, players must burn at least 75% of what they earn to avoid any penalties.

We value your opinions and want to ensure that the game remains enjoyable and fair for everyone. Therefore, we'd like to conduct a poll to gather your thoughts on this matter.

Should we increase that rate to 80%?

Yes, definitely. Sustainability is more important than short-term profitability.

I believe that 5% more or less will not change almost anything in practice and will harm the people who invested in this game, 75% is already a great size for the economic balance of the game, I don't like this rebalancing

i can hardly save up to 60 parts for my next upgrades without being penalize this is going to make it even worse

I agree, that is a problem (or a feature?) with the current model.

It would be cool if they could come up with an "Upgrade Bank" where you can pre-burn your earnings and then only use them for upgrades.

Isn't it possible to make it dinamic? set a target pegged to Hive or Usd and the rate would change depending on that. still I think that yes the rate should be adjusted.

I voted no, but if you do make that change, I would do it over a period of time to allow folks to make the adjustments necessary to stay in line. But that is just my 2 cents.

PS. You should include the #play2earn tag and earn some FUN while you are at it!

it is necessary to attract more people to the project, otherwise this project will die before it starts, and it is better to limit the earnings of more developed characters more strongly. Since if beginners do not see payback here, they will not enter the game, It's simple.
Because I think the top 100 players are taking more money out of the game than a couple of thousand other players.

Yes I agree. And the vote is interesting so far. Fewer people voting yes, but with more banked. And more people with little bank voting no. Clearly shows the demographic between those invested in supporting the game and those looking to make a quick buck.

I requested SPL to implement the number of people voting stat in their votes, not for result but for clarity. But never happened.

We need publicity, not revenue cuts. Too few people are coming to the game. In order for it to survive for a while longer, we need a gradual growth of users. Burning tokens in this game is enough + a serious debuff if you don't burn tokens. Popularity or "death" (advertising)
