Traditional Food of Religious Festival

Hello.
Yesterday I came to a village.
There is a religious festival in that village today and tomorrow.
The festival is not an event that includes musical performances.
It is a festival of donating to the monks.
Guests from neighboring villages who come to the festival are offered rice, curry, Guests are served with food and bread.

I saw traditional bread being fried to feed the guests.
So I took a souvenir photo of traditional bread frying.

To fry this bread, the yolk is coarse rice flour, rye flour, Soy flour and wheat flour are mixed with water.
After that, put it in the pot of oil as shown in the picture and fry it.
After that, the fried bread is dipped in palm juice.

The crunchy fried bread and sweet palm syrup mix together, and the sweet fried bread is good to eat.

မနေ့က ရွာတစ်ရွာ သို့ ရောက်ခဲ့သည်။
ထိုရွာ၌ ယနေ့ နှင့် မနက်ဖြန် မှာ ဘာသာရေး ဘုရားပွဲ ရှိသည်။
ဘုရားပွဲ သည် ဇာတ်ပွဲ အတီးအကများ ပါဝင်သော ပွဲမဟုတ်ပါ။
ဘုရား ကို ရည်မှန်းကာ သံဃာတော်များအား လှူဒါန်းသော ပွဲ ဖြစ်သည်။
ဘုရားပွဲ သို့ လာကြသော ရွာနားနီးချင်းမှ ဧည့်သည်များကို ထမင်း၊ဟင်း၊ စားစရာမုန့်များဖြင့် ဧည့်ခံကျွေးမွေးကြပါသည်။

ဘုရားပွဲ လာ ဧည့်သည်များကို ကျွေးရန် ရိုးရာမုန့် ကြော်နေသည်ကို တွေ့မြင်ခဲ့ရသည်။
ဒါနဲ့ ကျွန်တော်လည်း ရိုးရာမုန့် ကြော်နေပုံကို အမှတ်တရ ဓာတ်ပုံရိုက်ယူခဲ့သည်။

ဤမုန့် ကြော်ရန် အနှစ်ကို ဆန်ကြမ်းမှုန့်၊ ကောက်ညင်းဆန်မှုန့်၊ ပဲမှုန့် နှင့် ဂျုံမှုန့်တို့ကို ရေဖြင့် သမအောင် ဖျော်ထားသည်။
ထိုနောက် ဆီအိုးထဲ ပုံမှာ မြင်ရသည့် အတိုင်း ထည့်ကာ ကြော်ပါသည်။
ထိုနောက်တော့ မုန့်ကြော်ကို ထန်းညက်ရည် ထဲ နှစ်ပါသည်။
မုန့်ကြော် ရွရွလေး နှင့် ထန်းညက်ရည် ချိုချိုလေး ရောလိုက်တော့ ချိုရွတဲ့ မုန့်ကြော် စားကောင်းပြီပေါ့။
