Sublime Sunday Activities: My Father's Simple Birthday Celebration and A Short Walk Near At The Beach

Today is the most special day of my Father because it is his Birthday. This morning, I decided to go to our house to visit my Parents and exactly 7 In the morning, I started to packed up my things to be brought just like phone charger, Cellphone, my laptop and some books I always read. It was lucky for me because I instantly ride on a passenger vehicle and I arrived at our place very early. When I arrived home, my Mother told me that it is my Father's birthday today, and I am really surprised about it. But because of financial crisis, my Parents wont have any food to serve to our relatives who will visit here soon.

Good thing I remembered my Saving on my gcash and I planned to withdraw some of my savings. This savings I have is from this wonderful platform and I am very thankful about this platform. I withdraw 1,500 Pesos and that is very enough for buying 2 kilos of Fish and 3 Kilos of meat. I told my Mother that we will went to the Market to buy some ingredients for my Father's special day.

It takes a few hours of walking at the supermarket and I don't have enough time to take pictures because the time was running fast and it needs to be done before 12 Noon for lunch break. At last, as I finished withdrawing some of my money from Hive, we immediately went to the store to buy the needs for the birthday. We brought the need ingredients and we hurriedly went home to do cooking while waiting for our relatives to arrived.

My Father was very surprised about my plan and he was very happy to know even if it is a simple birthday celebration as long as we can show our love to him as family. 10 in the morning today, when some of our relatives arrived and they also help the work so that it can be done on time. First we grab more coconut shells for grilling fish and meat while my Father was very busy cleaning those fish and meat we brought from the market. We burned those coconut shells so it can produce charcoals. Everyone was very busy helping with each other, while my brother was also very busy chopping the firewoods.

A moment later, some of our relatives and my Father's friends started to arrived and they brought wine and soft drinks. My Father was very thankful to them also. Some of the chairs are brought down under this big manggoe tree, because it is perfect to rest here because of the cool place. Tables are also put in there because they requested that it is nice to eat outdoors.

12:45 PM when the cooking activities was done and we set on this tables under this big manggoe tree. My Grandma and my Tita was also arrived. My Father is very shy taking pictures and I can't do anything about it instead of obeying him. This are the simple foods for my Father's Birthday. Grilled fish and meat, Tininlag recipé with soy sauce and chilli pepper. 5 bottles of soft drinks and 6 bottles of hard drinks. When the work was done and finished, my Father offered a prayer and we sung a birthday song to him, and after that we ate together happily.

A Short Walk Near At The Beach:

4 PM today when I decided to went back to Barangay Punta Silum and I asked my Mother to get back in the place. After a few minutes of waiting passenger vehicle I arrived at the place almost sunset, and I proceed near at the coastal areas to see the sunset.

I really enjoyed watching the sun almost setting down and it the weather was very calm not even a strong winds happens here. It takes a few hours of exploring the place and as the evening came, I decided to went back at our rest house to do relax. This is the most wonderful day I have in life because of my Father's birthday and I really wish for him of more Birthdays to come and always in good health.
