Recipé Post: "Corn Cake with Fried Banana"

Hello Aseanhivers, Aside of traveling and daily life activities, I also love cooking different kinds of Simple Snacks. I've learned this from my Parents and I am happy to have this ideas and it can be applied to my daily life or to myself specially by means of Selling or putting up business about simple snacks. For today's blog is a kind of special because my Article is all about delicious recipé of Corn Cakes and Fried Banana. For those hivers who loves cooking and baking snacks, I hope you can gained ideas from the article I will share to all of you here.

Before I will proceed to my Main topic, allow me to share the good benefits about this snacks. Aside of delicious and Good for children, this is also good for business in fact I already sell this last time. It also only cost few ingredients and it not cost to much.

There are only few ingredients of Corn cakes, and these are the following;

  • White or Brown Sugar
  • Grilled fine Corn
  • Baking Powder
  • Yeast
  • Ripe Bananas [ As Flavorings ] Optional
  • Food Color [ Optional ]
  • Margarine [ Optional ]
  • Coconut Milk
  • Skimmed milk
  • Ripe Banana [ For Frying ]
  • Cooking oil

Utensils to used:

Steamer is very important if we want to cook corn cakes, streamer used for separating some small particles of the coconut. Measuring cups and a clean big bowl is also needed including

Preparations:

• First, pell the ripe bananas and put it in a clean bowl. By smashing it, blender is perfect to use but f you don't have any blender, fork might do and it can easily smashed. Before the preparations, hands must be washed first. Ripe Bananas can give the corn cakes a great and delicious flavor.

• Coconut milk is very important if we cook corn cakes, it can added a delicious taste of the cakes we cook. First, shreded the coconut first and after that add some right amount of water and squizzed it to extract the coconut milk and put it in a clean bowl.

• Next, put the Fine Grind corn and used a fine streamer so the dust or any unnecessary particles can be separated from the grind corn. This time we decided to cook 1 and a half Kilo of Grind fine corn.

• After that, Add some right amount of Baking powder, Skimmed milk and mixed it gently. This make the ingredients well mixed up together before adding the dissolved yeast and coconut milk.

• After mixing, add the right amount of coconut milk and dissolved yeast. By adding it, the measurement must be needed so that the texture can not be to much moist. After that, mix it very well until the entire texture will become well-mixed by coconut milk and dissolved yeast.

• Next add the smashed ripe banana very gently and mixed it well again. This can give a great and delicious taste of the corn cakes.

• Last, add the right amount of white sugar or brown sugar. Mix it very well so it will balance the taste. Adding right amount of sugar can make the cakes taste just.

The texture are well finished and it is time to put some right amount of texture in the baking pan and steamed it for 45 minutes. It takes a lot of time by cooking corn cakes and the heat pressure must be stabled so it can cook very well.

This will be the output of corn cake we've cooked today. After steaming, the Baking pan must be put in the cool water so that the cakes can easily be removed.

Fried Banana:

By Frying ripe Banana, it must be pelled and sliced it into three pieces. To keep the fried banana well attractived, just slice it gently and formed it into a Fan Shape. It takes a few minutes befor this ripe bananas will completely fried.
