Garden Journal|| "Planting Monggo Vegetable in My Organic Garden"

Greetings everyone, it's been a long time since I did not creating post in here due to a busy situations. What I will share for today's post was planting Monggo vegetables in my simple Garden. Monggo vegetables are very highly demand and expensive here in our country. It cost 100 Pesos Per Kilo, that is 2 USD. As for that, I decided to plant more monggo vegetables so that it can less the family expenses and It make sure that we eat free chemical vegetables.

In addens with my Garden Journal blog, I want to share the few steps and some activities I did today about planting Monggo vegetables.

Using my Panorama pictures, first I make a garden plot just for monggo vegetables and zi carefully pulverized the soil were I dug. Cultivating the soil can make the plants grow faster and it can easily absorb the nutrients and water for the plants. I also removed the grass including the roots so that the garden plot will be very organized and clean. Plot gardening is very perfect so that the plant or vegetables will always be cultivated. Monggo vegetables is very perfect to plant in the plots and as for that I decided to make four plots.

This what Monggo vegetables looks like. It is a kind colored green peas and it is perfect for monggo ice cream. There are lots of dishes out of monggo vegetables, and it is available in Dry super market particularly in vegetable sections. This is very hard green peas like and it needs to boiled before cooking it in different kinds of dish. At first, I checked the best monggo seeds and I removed the dark monggo seeds.

Next, after I collected the best monggo seeds, I instantly put in the water and stir for a few minutes. This will help to recognized the seeds that floats. If the monggo seeds will float, this will not be good to plant it and there will no sprouts comes out of the seeds. If the monggo seeds will sink in the water, this are the perfect seeds to be planted in the garden plot. Put it in the water for a few minutes before planting in the plots. Planting Monggo seeds can be able on not using any seedling trays and it can be abled to plant it directly in the plot.

Next, I dug a small holes in the plot. The deep of the holes must be atleast 2 inches deep so that the seeds will fast to grow and the sprouts will comes out. I organized the holes on it so that it will make the plots very fascinating and beautiful. Each holes must be up to 4 to 6 monggo seeds but it also depends on how big the seeds is. After that, Covered with soil carefully and gently so that the seeds will still intact in one place and cannot be scattered away.

After that, I hurriedly went to the river and fetched more water so that I can watered the newly planted seeds immediately. Using my water sprinklers I carefully watered the garden plots, it is perfect to use sprinklers so that the soil can't be flash away and the soil will still intact in one place. I prepared an banana stem extract or fermented banana stem, this will help so that my plants will gain a nutrients. This will also served as an organic fertilizers for my crops and vegetables. Having this kind of activities is very fun and enjoyable and also, we can be very sure that the vegetables we eat are safe and chemical free.
