A Great Visit At Sul Orchids Garden In Davao City

Each of us loves gardening and most of us loves to make gardens with different kinds of Flowers. Last day, we decided to visit Sul Orchids in Davao City just to see those fascinating and attractive kinds of orchids including its colors, sizes and shapes. This place is very wide and all of the things we can see are the pretty, colorful and beautiful orchids flowers. This is one of the nicest flower Garden in Davao City and most of the flower collectors went visit here to buy some flowers. They have permits to sell this orchids and also culturing it that is why it propagates hundreds of its kind. I was very amazed that time when we arrived at the place, a peaceful and beautiful garden that everyone likes especially those people who loves collecting different kinds of flowers.

This place is equipped with complete tools for gardening just like water sprinklers, Drum of water, some synthetic chemicals and gardening hose. On the top of those flowers are the black nets to keep those flowers safe away from direct hit of the intense heat of the Sun.

This is the production areas were young orchids plant placed Together with this drum of water, gardening hose and nets. They take cared of the plants and checked those plants everyday and every night to see if there are tiny insects hiding on its leaves. They watered the plants every day using water sprinklers and gardening hose. They also built a concrete water tanks or a tub so that they can stored lots of water and can be used when the water is out or interrupted. This place is also served as a good tourist spots especially for those plant and flower lovers. This place is really perfect for them.

There are different kinds of orchids flowers found here in Sul Orchids garden, some of it are well potted and some of the orchids plants are hanging. We called it, Hanging plants. Instead of soil, they used coconut husks as a covering materials on orchid's roots after putting in the pots. After that they placed and arranged on a welded metal bench before watering it. Big round lumber just like Madre de Cacao trees are also very important for this plant. Some of the orchids are tied up on those trees using a clothes covered with coconut husks. The roots of the orchids will suck the nutrients of the madre cacao that helps them grows very healthy and produced lots of flowers.

There are also some orchids are well put in a polythelene pots just like this. It will be very easy to replant it because the pots are very soft. According to the caretaker, this is a kind of orchids called, Tiger orchids and produced lots of flowers. Flowers don't faded instantly instead it remains for almost half a month. The metal screens helps the plant from keeping not to fall and at the top of it are the water hose used to spray the plants anytime. Inside of this place is not really hot even if there is am intense heat because of this black nets. Orchids leaves will burned if there is an intense heat that is why it is better to put nets.

This are some of the flowers can be seen and found at Sul Orchids Garden in Davao City. It contains lots of different kinds of colors, shapes, sizes and its characteristics. People especially those plant lovers will have a good time exploring this place. Inside of this production areas are also wild grass grows in the ground, they intend not to removed those wild grass because it helps the ground at the place still moist and not dried even if there is an intense heat. The structure inside of the place is mostly made of metals welded together so that it wont easily broke and rotted. Flowers can make the World colorful and it has a great contributions to our Nature.
