A Day in My Life Blog: Monthly Meeting with International Care Ministry and doing Some Workshop Activities! 🤗😊😇

This Month's activity though it is coming to and end never stops as we have another another meeting from another organization I am also a new member which will focus more on helping the community.

Now, before I proceed my thanksgiving and greetings to all my fellow Hivers all over the world and here in the community with all my supports and curators.

The organization which I recently join is the International Care Ministry which has a mission to help the community with the help of the religious organization just like us Pastors.

This will be my second time to attend the monthly meeting, and I am happy to be here as we will be having a lot of activities to do just for us to know more about the organization and the programs they have for the community.

I went to the venue, a Church where the meeting will be held around 9:00 in the morning and thank God as I finally arrived only few Pastor were in the venue and the visitors are not yet arrived.

So, what we did is we waited for a while then finally after a few minutes some of the Pastor already came and our visitors are also arrived.

The host Church was then immediately started the program by opening prayer and some singing of Praises and Worship which we usually do in every time we have meetings and fellowship.

The program proper was then started led by the officers came from the organization. Here they have shared some important details and information about the organization that we need to know most especially the programs that helps the community.

We have also some workshop activities like the mapping of a certain place or Barangay which is our prospect venue and beneficiaries if we were going to implement the program of the organization.

We were divided into two groups which we choose a leader who will draw the map and put some signages of where is the exact place the school, participant and other legends to make it clear.

After we have finished the workshop activity, we then first take our lunch so we can take a break for a while and we can have time to talk with each other.

After the break around 1:00 in the afternoon, we then continue our session which is at this moment of time is the reporting from every team who have made the mapping.

The first to report is our group which is preported by the Pastor who we have chosen as leader and at the same time, it is the actual place where his Church located and a prospect place to which he will implement the program.

He then discuss everything we have discussed also as a group from what exactly he know from the Barangay he lived and actually he is going to implement the program and we thank God for everything went very well.

The next to report is the second team and same as to what we have done in our team, the leader they have choose is also the one who reported everything they've discussed during the group and workshop activity.

We thank God for we truly have learned a lot in today's meeting and activities and we have ended our meeting by 2:30 in the afternoon and this is also the moment we went home safe and sound.
