The Zealy campaign is still ongoing and one interesting part about the Hive marketing campaign is how we get enlightened through the X space show hosted by very intelligent individuals who have been in the game for a while, they share with us their experiences and give us update on how to grow on the web3 space, you know cryptocurrency is a new knowledge to most of us, and the learning never stops, the more reason why you need to be a part of this awesome campaign and also be a part of these spaces.

I was opportune to make it to AMA live yesterday hosted by Khal, where he shared with us some updates an INLEO also how threadcasting has been introduced to those in web2 X space to be specific, they are encouraged to open a hive account so they can threadcast while on space and even be rewarded. I was eagerly waiting for the next space on the zealy quest, which is hosted by Bread on how to keep your community engaged after minting, but you know the body gets tired after an exhausting day and the time for the show clashed with that time when sleep takes over, waking up, I was upset a bit but heaved a sigh of relief after seeing that those that missed were given the grace to listen to the recording and share a recap of the X space, which I would be doing on today's post. It was a really engaging show for those that were live, I'm never missing Bread's live show again, but from the recording, I learned a lot, sit back and relax, while I take you through

The show started with breads introducing the INLEO giveaway of $50 and two souls NFT by a guy who lost $100k, all they did was repost, thread, and bookmark, reason why we have to be early on this Space.

Now into the recap, the show started with the reason why a lot of communities go silent after minting, and Breads gave some others in the speaker panel an opportunity to share their insights, and some valid points were raised to help your community grow, what do you do to keep your community engaged while you reach for your goal as a founder of a community.

When stalk in the minting stage having your community bring others in is important, and a speaker noted about the community members being a very vital aspect to help you grow.

Joey, talked about setting clear expectations of your plans post-mint and also keeping your community members in the limelight on every decision you take, founders should keep things level set, and not put their token sales on the high side, rather they should maintain a balance, a leader should lead by example and everyone follows as the members look up to the founders, community fails mostly when there isn't a clear expectation.

Another point noted is that founder should value their members, an on-chain monkey was used as an example and a banana was used as an in-chain reward system to keep their activities up and their members keep coming back for more, a reward system was used to keep the community engaged.

Rewarding members is another point to keep members engaged because everyone loves to feel valued, so when founders show they value their members through these reward systems they are bound to come back for more.

You can't force your holders or tell them what to do, rather you show them what to do through your regular updates, recognizing them, etc

Freanknlinkin focused on the founder shouldn't just focus on income on their own end alone, but should also encourage engagement among their members, by delegating roles to the active members so they feel a part of the community.

Marketing was another important point raised, although some are against this, saying some big industries don't focus on marketing, the community of the marketing for them, it is worthy of note that it is important though to conduct thorough research in order to assess the demand, competition, trends of your community members to stay up to date with your members.

Also allowing users to earn extra for max mint was another point raised, as giving extra tokens to members with max mint attracts big investors to come into the community. Keeping that in mind, Founders shouldn't exaggerate rewards to lure members in, because they should be honest, loyal, and dependable when there is trust, the community grows

Another speaker spoke about scheduling events and making it fun to have members participate in, by doing this they are keeping the community busy, he also talked about doing things like giveaways, movie night on Discord, playing trivia, and just making sure that people are engaging, the community will always come back for more because everyone loves a lively place.

This speaker talked about placing value in his holders, looking up to them and then him as the founder, placing importance on communication, getting feedback from them, and he even gets great ideas from his community, he encouraged transparency in future plans, project updates, etc also placing importance in genuine friendship among the community, everyone should be treated with respect.

Insights from all spoken

Key takeaways include the importance of community members in fostering growth, the need for clear expectations and balanced leadership from founders, and the implementation of reward systems to maintain engagement. The emphasis on valuing community members,

Insights on marketing, scheduling engaging events, and fostering genuine friendship within the community would bring that engagement founders desire and even more fun to the community. The recap of the X space was filled with enlightening knowledge , reinforcing the idea that continuous learning and community engagement are integral to navigating the evolving landscape of web3.
